THE HIGHLANDS TOUR WITH NESSIE HUNTERS
Venturing the Highlands is an absolute must but it can be an exhausting excursion from Edinburgh. We considered it was not worth hiring a car as it is a long day of driving. Instead, we opted for a private tour with Nessie Hunters that allowed the whole family to rest in a comfortable van, learn and enjoy our ride.
We felt we were part of a small group of friends going out for the day, and this personalized service made our family excursion an unforgettable experience.
Gema, our driver, and guide from Nessie Hunters was extremely friendly and welcoming and made it all worthwhile and fun! She made many stops that made the trip totally bearable for our kids.
Gema also guided us through the Scottish history, tribes, and legends, and even explained a child-friendly story of William Wallace and the mysterious tales of the Loch Ness Monster.
Here are some photos of our trip that regrettably might not completely capture the extraordinary beauty of Scotland. But we hope these photos will inspire you to travel to The Highlands with Nessie Hunters and experience the breathtaking beauty of this part of the country.
